12 October 2023 – The Micronutrient Forum’s 6th Global Conference, Nutrition for Resilience, is taking place at The Hague, the Netherlands, and online from 16-20 October 2023. The Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Consortium (HMHB) will present a symposium on “Strengthening Women’s Nutrition across the Life Course: Addressing Evidence Gaps and Barriers to Delivery” at the conference.
Experts will discuss persistent barriers that hinder progress and implementation challenges faced in policies and practices of nutrition interventions within antenatal care. The focus will be on the updated evidence regarding the benefits and implementation lessons of multiple micronutrient supplementation (MMS), as well as the current knowledge and remaining gaps concerning BEP supplementation.
